2. Restrictions

Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, reverse engineering (except to the limited extent required by applicable law), sublicensing, public disclosure of source, or use of the Software outside the scope of your agreement is strictly prohibited.

You may not remove proprietary notices, trademarks, or attribution from the Software or related documentation.

• No resale or SaaS rehosting without written permission
• No sharing of source code or private repositories with unauthorized parties
• No removal of copyright or branding notices
• No use to build a competing product using the Software’s proprietary materials

3. Ownership

The Software, documentation, branding, and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Averos Health / One Tech & AI and its licensors.

Customer data you submit through the Services remains yours, subject to the Privacy Policy and Terms.

4. Confidentiality

Source code, architecture materials, non-public APIs, and unpublished roadmaps are confidential. You will protect them with at least reasonable care and not disclose them except to employees or contractors under equivalent confidentiality obligations who need access to use the Software as permitted.

5. Warranty disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Clinical or occupational health decisions remain the responsibility of qualified professionals and the customer organization.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Software shall not exceed the greater of (a) fees paid for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) if no fees apply — unless a higher floor is mandated by applicable law.

7. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach it or when your subscription/agreement ends. Upon termination you must cease use and destroy or return confidential materials as required by your agreement.
